How do I create an account?

You can create an account by clicking Sign Up on our homepage. You’ll be asked to provide a valid email address, create a password, and agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Once confirmed, you’ll have access to create, post, like, save and shop looks, explore and use other features of ITS STYLED platform.

Do I need an account to use the platform?

You can browse ITS STYLED without creating an account, but some features require registration. An account is needed if you want to save looks, try items on a LookMate, access ITS STYLED feed, or use AI tools. Creating an account is free and takes only a few minutes.

How do I create a look and what is a LookFrame?

LookFrame is our digital tool that lets you combine clothing and accessories from the catalog onto a realistic model LookMate to create complete outfits. It is designed to help you experiment with style, save ideas, post your curated looks, and shop items directly from partner stores.

To create a look, open the LookFrake tool, choose a LookMate, and select items from the catalog. Place them onto the LookMate by clocking on the item until you are satisfied with the outfit. You can then save your look to your account, share it, or purchase the items featured in it.

What are membership options?

ITS STYLED offers free and premium membership options. With a free account, you can browse, create, and shop curated looks. Premium membership unlocks additional benefits such as unlimited AI requests, advanced capsule features, and priority updates. You can view current membership plans at any time on our Membership page.

Where do I buy or return the items?

Items featured in looks on ITS STYLED come from our partner stores. When you click on a product, you’ll be redirected to the partner’s website to complete your purchase.

We do not sell or ship products directly. We operate as a digital platform that connects you with partner stores through affiliate links.

All purchases are completed with our partner stores, and returns follow their individual return and refund policies. Please check the specific store’s policy before purchasing, as ITS STYLED is not responsible for processing returns.

Privacy and Data

We use secure servers, encryption, and strict access controls to protect your information.

It’s our commitment to collect only what’s necessary, keep it safe, and never sell your data.

We may use anonymous or aggregated data to improve ads, but we do not sell your personal data to third parties.

How can I unsubscribe from marketing emails and delete my account?

You can unsubscribe from ITS STYLED marketing emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link included at the bottom of each email. You can also update your email preferences by contacting us at privacy@itsstyled.com. Please note that even if you unsubscribe from marketing communications, we may still contact you with important service-related updates (for example, about your account or security notifications).

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can contact us at support@itsstyled.com or use the account settings page when logged in. Once your request is processed, your profile and saved content will be permanently removed, except for any information we are legally required to retain.

Do you deliver products directly?

ITS STYLED does not deliver products itself yet. When you purchase items through our platform, the delivery is fulfilled by our partner stores according to their own shipping and return policies.
