Shipping from Our Partners

ITS STYLED works with a global network of trusted partners to fulfill your orders. All items are shipped directly from our partner boutiques and brands. Because our platform connects customers with multiple sources, your order may arrive in separate shipments and delivery times may vary depending on the origin of the item.

Delivery Times & Services
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on partner location and destination country)
- Express delivery: 2–4 business days (available for select locations at checkout)

Please note that during peak periods or sales, delivery may take slightly longer.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the partner’s shipping terms. If you order multiple items from different partners, separate shipping fees may apply.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes depending on the shipping destination. These fees are not included in the item price and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your item is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. You may receive multiple tracking links if your order is shipped in parts.

Additional Notes
- We currently do not deliver to PO boxes, military addresses, or parcel lockers.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Some items may ship from international partners and require additional time for customs clearance.
